Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Each piece we create — whether jewelry, artisan collectibles or teaware — is crafted with intention, detail, and cultural value. Due to the hand-crafted and collectable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the item received has a confirmed quality defect or arrives damaged.

  • Non-defect or personal preference returns are not accepted.
  • If you believe your item has a defect, you must contact us within 5 business days after delivery with photo/video proof.

After verification and approval, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Condition of Returned Items

All approved returned items must remain:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in original packaging
  • with all accessories / certificates included (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

For product integrity and collector value protection, we cannot accept returns for:

  • color / pattern variations due to natural material differences
  • minor natural imperfections in gemstones or handcrafted surfaces
  • change of mind, wrong style selection, or personal preference

Natural stones, handmade pieces and artisan products will always carry slight variations — these are part of their identity, not defects.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
