1. Are your products handmade?

Most of our pieces are handcrafted, limited batch or individually produced. Small variations may occur due to natural materials or artisan finishing — this is normal and part of the product’s uniqueness.

2. Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or with a confirmed manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
Non-defect or personal preference returns are not accepted.

3. What is your price range?

Most products range between USD $50 – $500 depending on rarity, craftsmanship complexity and material selection.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from China Mainland.
We ship to East Asia, Europe, The Americas, and Oceania.

5. How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 3-7 business days after payment verification.
Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days depending on destination.

6. Are customs duties included in the price?

No. Import duties, taxes and additional fees charged by your local customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order enters processing or production, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please ensure your information is correct before checkout.
